"Colors were way off from the preview"
I got my prints back, and the colors just looked really off. The skin tones were weird, and the blues came out almost purple, even though the preview looked totally fine. I’m not sure if it was their printer, or some setting on their end, but it was frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t order photos from them again.

I tried uploading my photos a few times, and each time it just froze. At first I assumed it was my connection, but the same pattern kept happening no matter what I tried. Frustrating

"My prints came out a little dull"
I ordered some photo prints and was really looking forward to seeing them in person, but they didn’t quite match what I uploaded. The pictures came out darker than they looked on my screen, and a few were a bit blurry too. They weren’t awful, but I was a little disappointed with the final result.

"Pickup was a hassle for me"
I ordered prints for pickup because I thought it would save me time, but it ended up being more of a hassle. When I got to the store, nobody seemed to know where my order was, so I had to wait around and then come back later. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me it was annoying and not something I’d want to use again.

"Refund and replacement process was frustrating"
Maybe it’s just me, but I expected this to be a simple fix. I ordered some prints and a few showed up damaged, so I reached out about getting a replacement or a refund. The replies were really slow, and when I did hear back, it didn’t feel like anything actually got resolved. I kind of felt like I was just being passed from one person to another. Not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Works when it wants to, but feels limited"
It’s decent overall, but I definitely wish there were more customization options. The fonts and layout choices felt limited for what I was trying to make. Also, it kind of works when it wants to sometimes, which gets annoying. When it does work, it’s fine, but it could be a lot better...

"Not great for uploading a bunch of photos"
I was trying to place an order with several photos, and the app made it more frustrating than it needed to be. Uploading photos was slow, and a couple of them seemed to get stuck without much explanation. The checkout part also felt a little confusing, like I wasn’t totally sure what step I was on or what I needed to do next. I gave up after about 20 minutes. It might be fine if you’re just doing something quick, but for a larger order, the buttons and steps really need to be clearer.

"Received the wrong photos"
I opened my order and realized the prints were actually someone else’s photos, not mine. I’ve ordered prints before and usually don’t mind waiting a bit if everything comes out right, but in this case it was disappointing since I couldn’t use anything I received
"The website is so frustrating to use"
I was just trying to place a simple photo order, and wow, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The menus kept sending me in circles, like actual circles, and half the time I couldn’t even find where to edit my cart. The pages were slow, slow enough that I started getting annoyed quickly. After about 20 minutes, I just gave up. The navigation is really, really bad.
"Fell apart way too quickly"
I was disappointed with this photo book. The cover started coming apart after only two weeks, which is way too soon in my opinion. I wasn’t even handling it roughly or anything, just normal use, so that was frustrating.

"Felt like no one was really there to help"
I reached out to Kodak Moments about an order issue, and the whole thing was frustrating. The replies took forever, and when I finally got an answer, it didn’t really solve anything. I kept having to repeat myself, and it felt more like I was talking into a void than dealing with an actual person who wanted to help. Not a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t use them again.
